1 ) When should I book my backloading service ?
The earlier you book your backloading service, the better chance you have of having it collected on your preferred date. At times we can arrange a collection within 24 hours, however it is not a good idea to leave it to the last minute. 2 to 3 weeks prior to collection of your backload is normally a good time frame to work with.

2 ) Is there a minimum charge?
